I purchased a 6 ft flail mower from Tractor Tools Direct some years back, and have been delighted with it. I've put it through some trials and needed replacement parts from knives to bearings to sheet metal components, and they've always been able to ship from inventory. The folks on the phones are well-versed in their products and able to guide me to just the parts I need. Terrific!

I purchased a drum mower and a belt rake from Pat at Tractor Tools Direct in June of 2013, then a square baler in 2014. I also purchased a used tractor from them in 2014. I've been putting up my own hay since then and am very pleased with all the equipment. None of it has given me a moment of trouble. In the last twelve years any time I have needed any type of support Pat and his team have come through every time. Even when my questions didn't pertain directly to the equipment I purchased from them, they bent over backwards to help me in any way possible. A farm equipment company is only as good as the service they provide no matter the quality or price of the equipment and Tractor Tools Direct has earned a 5 star review from me for high quality equipment and exceptional customer support.

From the initial contact thru sales with Jason, and now post-delivery assistance with John, the Tractor Tools Direct team has been phenomenal. Their “never met a stranger” mentality makes working with them easy. When I needed a replacement part for my baler, I didn’t have to wait three weeks for something to be drop shipped, the part was on-hand and in the mail that afternoon. I cannot be happier.
I highly recommend everyone take the time to read the manuals provided, including the troubleshooting instructions. Knowing those common issues will help you avoid them yourself.

My experience with Tractor Tools Direct has been 100% positive. John in sales was extremely patient and helpful while I was trying to decide which equipment would be right for my small 60-acre cattle and sheep operation. My farm is over 200 years old in New England with small fields that are not conducive to machinery larger than 40HP compact tractors and I have found that the TX31 twine-tie hay baler to be an ideal solution. Financingwith AgDirect is easy if that’s what you choose. There was a bit of a learning curve, but once overcome, I was able to produce over 150 small round bales in two days. Tractor Tools Direct were prompt to answer my questions and help me resolve a couple of minor issues. If you are looking for an answer to buying hay or waiting on someone to custom bale yours, I’d reccomend contacting Tractor Tools Direct to see if they can help.

We love our tx-31 mini round baler. I remember 6 years ago when I bought it from Tractor Tools Direct that the staff was so helpful. They showed me in detail how to use it when I came to pick it up. This week I had an issue with it that I never encountered. So I called John from TTD and he talked me through the problem with kindness and professionalism. Best of all my issue with the baler got resolved!

I have owned an Ibex TX31 Mini Round Baler with Twine Wrap for a few years now. I also purchased a drum mower and rake as well in the package. There is a learning curve to the machine, but it works great. The mini bales that it produces has been perfect for my needs. They are very easy to haul around the farm and easy to transport between farms as well.
I have had to call in for support questions twice in the last few years. Both times, John (in support) was able to assist me and even when the problem was a little complicated and needed multiple steps to be fixed. He took the time and I never felt like a burden or rushed at any point. Service after the sale is excellent!
If you are considering this machine for your needs, you should get it. Tractor Tools Direct was definitely a choice I would make again.

I purchased a hay package in March 2023 from Tractor Tools Direct including an Ibex drum mower, belt rake, and mini round baler for my 33 hp John Deere tractor. I love this hay package for my making my own hay from two fields - a three acre and a four acre field. There were minor start-up issues and a learning curve with any new piece of equipment - especially if you have never made hay before. Tractor Tools Direct is very responsive to customers. I even had the owner take my call at 5:05 p.m. on a Friday evening and solved my issue I was having. I live near Dayton, OH and would be glad for anyone to see my equipment in operation. Tractor Tools Direct is an amazing company!! The staff is wonderful. Always courteous and helpful. I bought a total hay package two years ago and the equipment quality is excellent! I have cut, tedded, raked and baled over 2400 bales with the IBEX equipment. Except for routine maintenance and replacing blades and tines the equipment has been flawless!! Replacement parts are always in stock and delivery is quick. I would highly recommend anyone who has a small farm or smaller tractor to check this place out. I do all my hay with a Kubota L3301.
