“While heading out of state 8+ hours for a trip to home and visiting family my belt completely shredded + other issues from that happening… We were on I-70 waiting for AAA to give us a tow and looking for auto repair shops, then we came across AMD Auto, which was conveniently open later than other places! Dustin answered, came to look at my vehicle for me during 4th of July holiday! I don’t know of any other places/people who would drive out of their way to check on someone with auto troubles from a business stand point let alone when they’re preparing for the weekend! “Wes helped us today very professionally, we had no appt. Experiencing issues with slipping transmission. He arranged for someone to drive our 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. They were able to make time to check it out hoisted. Found the problems, explained thoroughly. Found small leak in Hydrolic so they added fluid. “We rented a U-Haul from this location to take the 2nd load of my belongings to Mobile, AL. I would've given them a 5 star rating, but have them a 4 star because even though I don't believe it was their fault, we've been stranded in Clarksville, TN for >24 hrs at this point due to driver's side front wheel bearing going out on the truck during our trip. The truck and trip itself have been a nightmare, but like I said, I don't believe it was a problem with this establishment, but couldn't see giving them a 5 star rating under the circumstances.”

“I'm trying to get this story straight...I had to have my truck towed in, told them I was in no hurry. I started wondering about 6 weeks what was going on. He said I was next up, about a month went by. I called again the truck was almost done. Friends were saying why is this taking so long. I was really wondering what was going on. Come to find out the main mechanic had walked out because of jealousy and the others followed, so he had to run the place by himself. I found out about this when I picked it up. Because of the wait he waived ALL diagnostic tests and ALL labor for putting on a new wire harness. I didn't expect anything else but told him I would deal with him if I had some future work to do, he said he would even givee a discount in the future. I didn't expect that. The guy felt bad about the whole situation, I could see where he was coming from. Stuff happens and sometimes we have to be patient. Like I said I will be going to him all the time”
