I get not being able to ship fire arms but you can’t ship a sunshade to a scope. You are a franchise of UPS and it shipped to me via UPS so I’d assume I should be able to return it via UPS from your establishment.

For the life of me I cannot remember her name, but her and the entire team that closed this store on 2/14/25 deserves more stars than anyone. UPS (as a company) is god awful, but this team did everything they could to find an extremely important package. Thank you for being HUMAN.

Not a convenient service for paper shredding. Went there on a Friday afternoon and was told the shredder bin was full, and it wouldn't be emptied until Tuesday. How long had it been sitting there full? Plus four more days? Really?

Totally SCAMMED. I got charged $111.00 and some cents for over night package. The package send on the 22nd and today I found out it might be deliver on the 26th. The package is going to Ohio 4hrs away from Terre Haute. Unbelievable!! I got packages from Canada free shipping and it was faster than this. What an awful service. Horrible, and dishonest because why offer and charge something that they won't be able to provide. It was my first time and sure the last time I'm usingthis UPS store, never again. Scammers!!

I was sending back an Amazon item. The tall heavy clerk had me pay $2 so he could print a paper label from my phone. After printing a paper label he scanned the code that was the same as on my phone. I questioned why the code on my phone wasn’t acceptable since all other UPS stores I have used do it that way. Has VERY rude and condescending and informed me I didn’t know what I was talking about several times. I did raise my voice and told him I have never paid to have a copy printed to scan. He needs more training and for sure customer service training.
