Nothing but great experiences so far. Very friendly people! Not sure how or why they have a lower rating. Normalize posting reviews when you have good experiences as well.

The staff was really friendly. I have been using other mailing services in the area and decided to see if the Usps could be a better option. The cost was lower than I expected, and I did not have to wait in a line.
