I went in today at 755 pm . I had Landon helping me with my new purchase. However both employees tonight on 12/2/25 were awesome . Not only did they help me they let me know my options and didn’t try to sell me a ton of crap that wasn’t needed . Both were very friendly and knowledgeable!!! Thanks again guys .

Good Evening ,
I was at your store on Friday 9/5/2025
I was with Lacey Walker and she was so polite and very patient, very pleasant & professional!! I had experienced an upgrade this past weekend and as soon as my upgrade was completed my phone went to SOS for awhile and when I had service back my phone would not acknowledge my Apple password or code , whenever I would try to download an app it required this and it wasn’t like that before. Anyway was at your store on Thursday 9/4 with the same problem with hopes to have this fixed. The gentleman I had for assist CLEARLY DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME!!! Did the least possible told me I would receive an email in 24 hrs to reset my password!!! Ha!!!! That never happened .
Which brought me there today. He had zero customer service skills, I felt like I was bothering him and I almost said as well!
Anyway Lacey was a pleasure to assist me , She is one you need to keep !!
If I good give the other rep a rate it would be -100 on a scale just needs to be doing something he enjoys.

We went and talked to Andrew at the Fort Harrison store. We had to wait couple days to do an upgrade so Andrew agreed to meet us on his day off so we didn't have to wait, since we wanted to work with him. This young man went above and beyond to take care of us and get us the best plan he could give us. If I have any further needs I'll be looking for him, and will definitely be referring him to anyone I may talk to about Verizon service.

13 years with Verizon and as a Galaxy user. This store not only managed to corrupt all my data after paying them for a transfer to a new phone but then after 6 hours over 3 days spent in store trying to fix it is now actively avoiding me.

Had a great experience at this location. Our sales associate Lacey Walker was fantastic in explaining everything and walking us through it all. We had lots of questions and concerns considering we had been with AT&T for 15+ years. She was able to provide us the needed details and descriptions for us to make an informed decision to make the switch to Verizon. We were completely satisfied with our experience and were also able to purchase our needed accessories to accommodate our needs. To date we are still satisfied with our switch to Verizon. We fill 100% confident if we were to have any issues we would be able to visit this store and would patiently wait to have the chance to have Lacey assist us. Her knowledge, kindness and patience with us was so refreshing and have recommended her to many others.

For several months, I have been on the fence with changing the phone provider and purchasing new phones for the kiddo and myself. This morning after the previous contract had expired and the difficulties that I was enduring with the phones it was time to bite the bullet. Nervously the kiddos and I walked into the North Verizon shop and was greeted by a dapper associate named Dalton. Instantly the stress was erased as Dalton walked me over to the counter and asked me, with a sincere tone in his voice, what he could help me with. After expressing what we needed, Dalton was swift to research and provide us with 2 exceptional options. Then the kiddos and I chose the items that we needed. Dalton was gracious to take the time to set up the phones, apply the cases and precisely add the screen protectors. He looked to enjoy adding the screen protectors and it was satisfying to see the air dissipate with the swipe of his finger. We never felt rushed with all the time he took for the fam. Nevertheless, the outlandish nervousness that I had previously is now replaced with a gratefulness and satisfaction that this family received the very best customer service and phone plan that Verizon can provide.

My old Pixel 3 finally quit on me this morning, and Haylee helped me choose a new phone plus accessories. She took time to get me the discounts I was eligible for and then set the phone up so it was ready to use. She then talked me through other services offered by Verizon and showed me that I could save money on internet and streaming services without making me feel pressured in any way. Haylee took time to get those set up and tested for me, and I feel confident about using my new technology. She was very patient and helpful and even left her contact info in my phone in case I have any questions. I would highly recommend this store and Haylee in particular. She made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Haylee!

I had a Pixel 8 that was having connection issues. The corporate Verizon store located on US 41 outside the Haute Center Mall could not transfer data from the Pixel 8 to my new Pixel 8 Pro even though 2 employees attempted it. They sent me to Best Buy down the street where they refused to look at the issue because they were closing in a half hour. I then went to the Verizon affiliated store inside the mall which was closing and the associate suggested taking it to the Fort Harrison Rd store which was part of their chain of affiliates as well and open until 9:00 pm. I walked in and explained the situation and within 20 minutes was walking out the door with a fully working phone! Dylan was AMAZING to work with and I had a very enjoyable visit while the data transferred. If you are a Verizon customer (or want to be) this is the only location you should consider. The corporate employees were inept, the Best Buy employees were only concerned about themselves, but this location took care of me quickly and professionally. I will never again go to the other places because I want customer service at the highest level and that is what this store provided. I will be a loyal customer at this store anytime I have a problem or want to upgrade my phone. They were simply outstanding!
