Very unhappy paid extra for progressive glasses got progressive in the sunglasses not the glasses you would wear everyday that makes sense but they will fix it for 300 won’t be back

I had an appointment somewhere else today and when I went for my appointment they were closed. I just stopped at vision works to get there number so I could make an appointment. The receptionist said they could get me right in now. I was so happy with everyone at Vision works very friendly. I will definitely tell everyone I know to go there.

Great job by the Doctor Who did my prescription very patient and precise. The lady that took my eye x-ray explained everything that they were doing and how she was doing it I was very pleased.! But the lady that was showing me that lenses and stuff like that that I could get was very very pushy. I’m trying to get us to buy stuff extra and insurance you name it she tries! Very pushy

Yes,They helped alot with making sure what type of glasses you are getting Especially explaining alot about the features that you can have on your glasses.Very friendly and made you feel at ease.

I scheduled my appointment online with Dr. Alberts for 01/03/2025, I did this the evening of 01/02/2025. I received a confirmation email of the appointment and also a link to pre-register. The pre-registration cut down the actual time I was at the office. Dr. Alberts and her staff were very polite, patient, and helpful. Dr. Alberts was very thorough in her examination of my eyes. I advised her of my concerns with my current brand of contacts. She assured me she could find a brand that I would like and that would fit my needs. I recommend getting the pictures taken of your eyes, Dr. Alberts was able to tell me in very detailed terms what everything on the pictures were and if I was at risk for any medical issues not only related to my eyes but other medical conditions. I could not be happier with the service and the products they provided. I highly recommend you see(no pun intended) Dr. Alberts and her staff at Visionworks!!!

This place is absolutely amazing. It has been almost 4 years since I have gotten my eyes checked. They were quick and fast, but still very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I was able to get in the same day to get my exam done and they were also very kind. This is definitely gonna be a regular eye place for me.
