0 Stars would be an accurate rating. Horrible customer service. Using GoodRx for my dog’s medicine puts them in a bad mood. When I verify they used GoodRx they tell me they used Walgreen’s discount and I tell them to use GoodRx. Attitude is thrown but they would do it. The last 2 trips when asked about GoodRx, their system is down and I can either pay the full price or go without meds. Just requested all our prescriptions moved to Meijer. I am so done with bad attitude and service.

I had medicine transferred from somewhere. They did not tell me the whole time they didn't accept my insurance. I had to wait longer to get it transferred back. It took 3 days

Every time I call to fill my medicine they say it can't be filled until this certain day and then that day comes and what do you know they say it can't be filled for another day or 2 more days. They need to get their information correct. You can fill 28 days in between. Today is the 28th day. I don't understand where some of these people get their information

Pharmacists are polite and helpful. They are quick in helping their customers and still manage to make sure every customer's needs are met to the best of their ability.

I have t mobile Tuesdays. This Tuesday was a reward for free 10 4x6 prints. So I ordered them. Got email saying they were ready for pickup. So I go to get them. They could not find them. My phone was in car. I said okie l, I'll figure this out. I find the email. I call the store telling them what happened and that I have an email saying the pictures are there. They try looking it up by my name. They can't find it. They try my phone number. Can't find them. I said okie is there a manager. She gets on phone. I tell her the situation. I tell her I have the email. She says are you sure it's our store. I said I'm looking right at the email that says so and it even has a confirmation number. She says well I can't help you if we can't find it. Never asks for confirmation number or anything. I will be going in tomorrow to show them the email. Terrible, terrible customer service skills.

Walgreens is very clean. I used to know Tad Walgreen in Chicago. He died young but had two darling kids who the old man raised. I don’t want to gossip but the company is in good shape with a big family. And this is what they do. I’m pretty sure it’s still a family business.

I've happily using Walgreens since the opening of the 13th & Wabash store. Great value, selection and service every time. Small town business feel.

I can't for the life of me understand why there are 20 ppl working at one time and the pharmacy closes early or just isn't open at all. so many new ppl working there with only a few who have any decency or respect.
