My fiance & I came in around about 6times over a year Ashley helped us everything she is amazing, patient, and kind! Celesa was also amazing, patient & kind! The day we decided on our rings the internet was acting up but thru the patience of Ashley she got us taken care of 10 out of 10!!!!!

We recently retired and were staying in Terre Haute. I forgot my ring maintenance paperwork. CELESTE was amazing!! Not only did she clean my ring, but when she couldn't pull up my record in the system she wrote a note so I could prove Id gotten my 6 month maintenance. She reassured me that if my store wouldn't update my record all I had to do was have them call her in the Terre Haute store!! Then she recommended a jewelry cleaner I could use at home. Thank you Celeste!!!

On Sunday we went into zales with a broken necklace not from there. Ashley assisted us and had it fixed in within a few minutes! She was very sweet and had us taken care of immediately.

Walked into Zales on Mother’s Day weekend and even though they was busy we was greeted by 2 different employees. We looked at multiple different jewelry pieces. We worked with the store manager, Shandi. She was very patient and knowledgeable. My husband ended up purchasing earrings and a bracelet. Highly recommend Zales on your next jewelry purchase!
