Called 3 different times, left 2 messages & sent an email. No return calls , emails, NOTHING!!!I'd say the last 4 reviews were fakes. Go somewhere else, there are plenty of tuners around.

Ron fixed our tune yet another time after reputable dyno shop calibrated the car wrong after cam swap. From back in the day Mangoose packages and still the tuning boss! Thanks Ron!!!!

During the end of march2019 I made contact with the company PRO DYNO TECH for a reprogramming of my vehicles powertrain control module (PCM) after explaining to them what I needed, a woman (I think her name is ********) said that it would be no problem, so I mailed my item to the address listed online. on April 15th I was informed that my PCM was programmed and it would cost $450.00, so on that day I paid that amount to a *** B***** through PayPal. The item was then mailed to my mechanic at my request. A week later my mechanic informed me that my PCM was not reprogrammed. On 10JUL2019 I made contact with the same woman and informed her that I need to send my PCM back to her to be reprogrammed correctly. she said it would be no problem, once again and to mail it in. I mailed it in 15JUL2019. On what I believe was 4AUG2019 I made contact with the same woman and she told me she was finished with my part and it would be mailed on Monday, a few days later (three or so days) I called again for the tracking information, and I got no answer. Since then I have called almost every day and multiple times a day, left numerous voicemails (with callback information), called from different numbers using different area codes, and have not received an answer. I believe my number is blocked, but it definitely is being screened. my mechanic is now calling me asking where my PCM is and possibly going to charge me storage/lot fees for my vehicle just sitting there. In summary I need the PCM for my vehicle to drive, at this point I will have to try someone else to program it, but I don’t have it in my possession. I think they broke it somehow and are avoiding me until I give up. I did more research and after comparing prices I conclude that I was severely overcharged for their “service”. I lose money every day they don’t respond, and my car isn’t back on the road. At this point I am having my time seriously wasted. Worst business, stole my money, and started blocking my calls. I had to call the better business bureau just to get my item back and it was in worse condition then when I sent it. STAY AWAY. Made me pay through PayPal so now I can't even get a refund

Luckily, I found PDT. Ron (owner) was able to extract more hp on same parts. Pro Dyno Tech did full trans/drivetrain build on my Z28. Very happy. Much better than any mainstream dyno facility. Honest and down to earth.They definitely know how to tune cars. Percilla was very nice to work with. Numbers are more accurate. Tune is most powerful out of any other place I've been. Great price on labor. I would recommend to any performance enthusiast.
