It's Monday morning. Lines 9 people deep. One cashier doing their best and one older blonde lady just walking around pretending to stock things instead of handling a register. I waited in line for 8 mins, put my stuff back and left. Also, bring back the frozen burritos we can get at EVERY OTHER CASEYS LOCATION PLEASE.

Stopped in for a Gatorade and candy bar. Young lady working register around 9:20am this morning was extremely nice and was joking around with me about the register \\ credit card reader giving us fits not wanting to work right. She apologized for the issue's with the register and card reader not working right. I didn't hold it against her for the issues we was having, she had no control over the equipment working right. It was nice having someone as laid back and you could joke with working the register. You don't find people like her very often anymore. Didn't notice her name tag or I'd post her first name as she deserves the recognition. Plz pass on my review to her so she knows she was given a complement, hope she waits on me the next time I stop in.

The pizzas are good and the staff are friendly. But I've noticed the place is slowly falling apart. I showed up there at 8am Saturday morning and you could tell no one was keeping the place clean or fixing things. And this has been going on for a while. ......Later that day I just stopped by there around 2pm and the ice maker has been down for over a week. That goes back to the owners responsibility. I've always liked the place but the way it's going it won't be there long

Managers hide in the office for rush hour through the morning, hide in the back kitchen, while there's 0 napkins or bags for food stocked for customers. I have witnessed a line of people out the door and 1 register open while the manager is hiding in the office eating or back wasting time talking to kitchen staff about matters unrelated to work. Shout out to the people on the register ??
