Specifically the pharmacy… I highly suggest you pick another pharmacy or just drive out of town. Just save your time if you want to have your medication on time, as well as interact with staff who actually care about your medications and well-being, because you won’t find that at this location.

Still waiting on meds from September 17th, received a message to call the pharmacy. When I did there was no way to speak to a person. I had to leave a message for them to call me back. Once they returned the call the lady was very nice but have the wrong info and had to then call me back again. She said it will be next week when me comes in. Nothing wrong with the staff... it is the CVS system that is terrible!!!!!

Cashed out with a very nice gentleman. As we chatted & I was asked if I found everything I was looking for, he explained what I can & can’t purchase with my care plus membership from my answer. Impressive! Product knowledge is one of the keys to success! Great job to cvs & the young gentleman.…. No Managers were interrupted in this transaction ??????as life should be ?

The last two times I was here I had to wait a long time for service at the pharmacy even though I was the only one in line. Less pleased with the staff and outrageous prices at this store anymore. Thinking about taking my business elsewhere.

I quit going here years ago due to poor customer service in the pharmacy department. Today just confirmed why I have never gone back. If a customer asks you what the cost of a prescription is to possibly pay out of pocket, you give them that information. Don’t complain that it will take a while to look it up. To the lazy pharmacy employee who refused to help the customer you kept a sick baby from their medication for hours waiting for you to transfer it to another pharmacy and their time to fill it.

CVS pharmacy people are the some of the rudest people in Tipton!! I don't care what type of day they have you leave it at home don't bring it to work with you! I have been questioned on why my son needs glucagon emergency kits because this man was diabetic since 13 and had only used it once. It's not any of his business #1 #2 our insurance pays for it not him and it's not any if his business. Jesse and Teresa are the worst employees about being rude all the time. Will be moving all my pharmacy needs to another company!!s

It's clean and organized in store. The staff is helpful & greets at the door. Only reason for 4 star is they can be a little slow especially at the drive thru pick up

I entered this store to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist didn't seem to mind that I was near tears. Very nonjudgmental staff!

Pharmacists are always super helpful and the cost of prescriptions here compared to a CVS in Marion county is much more affordable. It's crazy how they price gouge in Indy.

I love all the staff at CVS in Tipton! They're all so helpful and the Pharmacy crew is number one in my book, they've done a lot for me and I pray to continue to be their loyal custumer!
