The customer service we received was absolutely appalling. The bank’s fraud protection is nonexistent. We were frauded for hundreds of dollars, charged hundreds of dollars in insufficient fund fee’s, then a day after FINALLY receiving our money back they closed our account in bad standing. They never went in and removed all the insufficient fund fee’s like stated. We did not have access to this account for almost 6 weeks. Once it was frauded they advised us not to use the account. As a business owner myself in Tipton County I would never treat my customers like this. The bank manager is very rude, unsympathetic, and should be ashamed of the way she treats customers.I would suggest not ever doing any kind of business with First Farmer’s Bank unless you want screwed.

First Farmers Mark Raver just simply the best ever to deal with brilliant banker IMO. Melody Danielle, Tom the entire team are all always just great kind professional helpful. What a treat to have a bank like this in Tipton and also serving northern hamilton county as well.

Been a member for over 40 years and recently decided to get an auto loan. It was not a good experience. The loan officer was rude and treats you like you are just a transaction. I was hoping for more with a small town bank.

First Farmer's Bank & Trust has always been easy to work with. With have all our business accounts here as well as our personal mortgage, savings, and kids accounts. Jake Heard helped guide us through the construction loan process and kept things running smoothly. John Colter is always a pleasure to work with as well. I'm always greeted with a smile and excellent service when I do have to venture into the bank. I have had to get cashier checks and wire transfer funds and they always do so quickly and efficiently with no issues. Thanks!

Do NOT go to this bank. My bf recently left this bank due to consistent issues with them randomly placing holds on his account, stealing money and blaming it on glitches (charged overdraft fee with hundreds still in his account for no reason). Their support line staff is incredibly rude (literally yelled multiple times on different occasions). Worst experience I've had with a bank, especially considering it's a small town one ?!

From a Closing 2005, woman loan officer double charged me for pro rated taxes, I didn’t catch, yes the Bank refunded the money back, but I paid interest on that amount for duration of loan. Poorly executed loan for me, but valuable lesson learned, always get closing statement prior to the actual closing & make sure the # are correct.

terribly poor customer service. This is literally most of your job, customer service. Please train your people to be understanding that when yoy can't get your systems working people are going to be upset that they Can't monitor their money. So literally not being able to help people with their money, all of your job, wasn't done properly today. Ridiculous.
