I cannot say enough good things about Kristie and the Rustic Roots gals! This was my first visit and it felt like I'd been going there for years. They are so friendly and welcoming. The salon is immaculately clean. They have small desk in the corner set up as a charging station, perfect for kiddos to stay entertained on their phone or tablet while they wait. I gave Kristie a general idea - no Pinterest pictures- of what I wanted done with my color and she NAILED it! Not every stylist is a great colorist, and shades of red seem to be extremely challenging based on the results I've had over the years. I'm not entirely sure that Miss Kristie doesn't have a magic wand amongst her styling tools. You will not be disappointed!

I am so pleased with the service I received today. Got worked in due to a cancellation. Have overly damaged hair and Amy worked her magic with treatments and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted. She repaired my hair to the best of her ability and I'm so pleased with it. Thanks ladies for the welcoming atmosphere as well. Will definitely be back!
