I bought a 2001 Ford F150 back in Dec 2018 for $2K. Title came a little late and had to pay the $15 late fee at the BMV, however, the dealership told me that this was a possibility, so no biggy. Just sold it in March 2023 for $3.4K. Greg is great owner and very professional and respectable, would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased this vehicle just a few days before the new year.During the process, Morgan was the best. I could see the effort she was putting in, and it showed. She was genuinely compassionate and easy to talk to.It was the other two desk employees that ruined the experience for me. Constantly interrupting my deal, which threw Morgan off, and resulting into her making mistakes on the paperwork multiple times, which prolonged the process of the deal. They clearly do not respect Morgan, or her needed boundaries to maintain professionalism during a time of signing a contract for a vehicle. The front desk lady much more than the gentleman. The reality of my deal consistently being interrupted (I counted eight different times,) resulted in me being late for work, and I lost $200 of wages because of that. Even though the owner himself reassured me I would not be late.I then had to replace the entire brake lining and rotor pads in the car not even two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, and when I had communicated things to the dealership, no action was taken considering it had not even been 30 days of ownership for me.When I went into the dealership to hand the not so friendly front desks clerk, she didn’t even look up from her phone, gave me an extremely disrespectful cold shoulder, and passive aggressively sniped at me for wasting her time. The gentleman was on his phone as well, in the back corner office, and Morgan was in a place of stress, on the phone, and completely work on the computer. Yet again, Morgan was forced to pick up the slack. And now, air is blowing out of my oil spout line, an extremely loud rattling/pinging noise is heard, and the check engine light is on. I smelled burning this morning. Not even 45 days into owning this very nice and newer vehicle. After communicating this with the dealership, again, no action was taken to help remedy this situation, and now I may have to involve Lemon Law lawyers, or my family’s lawyer in general because I have had to put my safety at risk in order to use this vehicle to provide myself a living.I haven’t even been able to enjoy this vehicle yet, and I’m comfortably $24,000 in debt with this vehicle. And I’m looking at another potential costs of up to four thousand dollars.I think what’s most upsetting is this place of business boasts on maintaining an honest business in the representation of their “Christian Values.” I was terrified to go into debt for a car, but I have aspirations in travel nursing, eventually, and I felt at first I could take the risk with Tipton Auto because of charming and compassionate atmosphere they seemed to exhibit at first. Now I feel taken advantage of, with no money to pour into things because I’m paying almost $600 a month for this vehicle already, on top my my living expenses, and not a whole lot of people pay cnas well these days. This will prohibit my ability to further education as a nurse, due to the limitations this represents both circumstantially and financially. My car is now parked in a semi-permanent location until I can figure out what I can possibly do to remedy this situation all on my own because this establishment has taken advantage of me, and has offered no help considering I haven’t even owned this vehicle for very long. It’s heart breaking to say the least.

We traded in a vehicle here 4 weeks ago. The dealership has yet to pay off the vehicle they took in trade. They attempted to make me pay more money by credit card over the phone to them. When I refused (because I had no responsibility to do so) they stopped answering my questions and have ignored my calls. The owner, Greg, is running a scam operation. Be very leery of doing any business here. I’m currently stuck with 2 vehicle loans and they have my trade in still.

Cody and Tony were helpful and easy to deal with. Very friendly and cool people. EDIT: 2/19/2022 So although, yes they were really helpful as far as knowledgeable and easy to deal with. BUT if someone to come up to me and ask would I buy off them again? My answer would be hell no! I purchased the truck on November 13th, 2021, come to find out it had some issues with the title. Didn't find that out until the the first week of January say about 7th of 2022 when I went to get it registered. I had yet to get that all straightened out until the beginning February 2022. Which is all well past 45 days to get it registered with the bmv or you owe a late fee 15 dollars. So originally I asked about someone picking up that bill since it obviously wasn't my fault it was sold with a messed up title. I was told no, the owner won't pay for that. So ended up getting a yes we'll pay for that. Now, that yes we'll pay for that happened on February 9th. Todays February 19th 2022. Still haven't seen my late fee check that I was promised. So that's just financial issues I have with tipton auto sales. Then, on November 13th, 2021, when I originally came out to look at a truck in the early morning. Well while I was checking out a blue silverado, I took it as If i wasn't welcome to look underneath of any vehicle on their lot. Which there's a reason for that. The reason being they spray paint the outter frame rails with black undercoating paint in a rattle can, right over rust. There are more reviews than mine this is just my personal experience, I'd definitely recommend looking into reviewing this shady, unprofessional, unrecommened company of a car lot!!! Personally I'd roll on past somewhere else that is way more credible and honest!

Car buying for me is a thing I hate more than anything that we as adult do. I was just checking to see what my options were and seriously not expecting anything to happen. This auto dealership truly is a place that cares about it's customers. Cory, Tony and John went out of their way to find me a vehicle that I would like and that fit my needs. I have never had a car buying experience where I did not feel anxious or nervous throughout. I felt at peace during the whole processEven when I reached out to them about something I noticed on the car after hours today. They were willing to take care of it on a Sunday. However, it can wait until Monday. This is a company that CARES about taking care of their customers. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
