I purchased a car from here a month ago, loved the car and was very happy with the purchase, would have given 5+ stars. But it all went downfall after that, they told me that I just need to go the BMV to get my license plate exactly a month from the purchase. So I planned accordingly, went to the BMV on 11/21 exactly on the day they mentioned, got to know that there was no car under my name. They FAILED to register the title, anyways I went ahead and spoke to the manager, she mentioned that their title clerk will be back on Monday, and she would get it done the first thing that morning, so I trusted them again. When I called in today, someone mentioned that the title clerk had a surgery and will not be in today and they asked me to talk to the manager. I tried to get in touch with her twice and left a voicemail. I then called them a few minutes back, and miraculously their title clerk was back in the office! So I spoke to her and she told me that due to some issue, the title cannot be registered till the next week. Instead of finding a solution to the title issue, she started suggesting me different options on how I can manage this, in the end she said that she cannot do anything about it. I was never informed about all this stuff, it took them a month to figure this out and that was never communicated to me. My only mistake was that I trusted them. Had it been some other occasion, I would have waited but I needed my car as I had planned a month long trip starting from tomorrow. There is clearly a lack of communication and professionalism. Satisfied with the car but extremely dissatisfied with the service. Cannot be trusted again

I was having some intermittent noises from my F150, they found what was causing the noises, got everything covered by warranty, and fixed everything! Thanks to Mike for keeping me posted on the process!! My F150 now rides and drives like new!

I dealt with Glen in parts and Michael in the Service Dept. They were both very accommodating in meeting my service needs. I called early morning and the were able to get me in for purchasing batteries for my F350 and installing. I was in and out within an hour with no issues. They took very good care and made sure my truck was clean when finished. I would recommend them for your service needs.

This is my first car purchase at this dealership and certainly not my last! Every part of this car-buying purchase was great! I worked with Christian who was knowledgeable and patient. Brittany with the finance team was also completely wonderful. I never felt pressured and all my questions were answered. I will gladly come from out of town again to buy here. I had a less than great experience at a very large dealership in Avon and was just put off with having to buy a car by the time I came here. They really turned my mood and experience around and I'm just so glad I happened to come here. Many thanks to all who made my car purchase a positive experience!
