Horribblllllle horrible … don’t sign up for direct deposit they overcharged me $538.00 for installation and service I never received. They told me because I canceled my appointment I wouldn’t be charged but 2 days later they charged me this and 49.99. Ive gone thru the ringer trying to get a refund. 10 days after the incident I still don’t have my money back. It is disgraceful. I have a mortgage due and ADT acts like 600.00 and 60.00 is the same amount and like I shouldn’t be hysterical - it’s disgraceful. Don’t waste your time. A multimillion dollar company can take someone’s money in 2 days but it takes 14 days to return what never belonged to them. It is utterly ridiculous.

If I could give ADT no stars I would, terrible company. Customer service is terrible, they do not live up to security standards. I would never recommend to anyone!!!

My most recent ADT experience was memorable in the best way possible. The technician was the absolute best. The upgrade to my system was much needed. I have a renewed appreciation for ADT.

I am going to say my experience with ADT has been phenomenal. I have been with them for over 3 years and I am a very satisfied customer. Customer service is great, technicians are timely and courteous.

Horrible customer service. The techs they send are NOT trained to properly install equipment. This tech maybe had 1 week on the job. Had no idea how to install the ADT thermostat and wired it wrong. Had to have a HVAC company come out to fix it. These people never call back or they want to charge you to send someone even thou it was their fault.

Our technician Robert was so nice! Very easy to talk to. He explained everything really well. He explained why everything needed to be changed and updated. Super friendly. Very happy and satisfied with him and the service he performed. He also wore his face mask through the whole appointment. That made me and my family very happy.

Bad experience talking with the ADT representative today after they sent me an email that they are going to increase my bill again. I told them that I don't want any changes to my bill and after a while the lady got upset and just hung up on me , very rude.
