Albert the Chimney Sweep is on time, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained everything and cleaned up, respectful of surroundings. They were friendly, respectful of home, and no tracking dirt or filth in the house. They did a great job on chimney flue cleaning and installation, staying true to their estimate and finishing as expected. The stove works beautifully. They recommend them and will use them again next year. They are super busy but updates and receipts upon request.
Albert called to let me know he was on his way, very respectful of surroundings, explained everything and took care of what was needed and cleaned up.

They did a great job! They answered my many questions as a first time fireplace owner.
