Second time that I have gotten the new Philly steak and cheese sandwich at this particullar restaurant. The first time, the sandwich was stuffed and was very good. The second trip, however, the sandwich meat barely filled the bun. It was easy to fold and squash together, and then you could barely tell there was meat on it. I was very disappointed.

My roommate was craving Arby's after seeing a commercial advertising a deal on their beef sandwiches (2 for $5 I believe). I also sent him with a coupon from a coupon booklet for NW Indiana. The coupon was BOGO free beef n cheddar sandwich. The manager did not want to honor either because "their particular location is not located in Northwest Indiana". However, she did end up taking the coupon even though she stated that she "wasnt supposed to honor it". I called to clarify after and was explicitly told by the manager that "Porter County is not considered Northwest Indiana". Last time I checked, Porter county is most definitely is in NWI. Manager was irritated with my questions and seems very hesitant to honor coupons or deals that Arby's itself advertises for this region. The point is, make sure you ask if your coupons are valid before ordering, because they will use silly excuses to not honor them.
