There was only one person working in a Sunday. She was helpful with each customer. She was very friendly and professional. It was impressive to see how she handled being by herself with customers coming and going.

Nicole was fantastic to work with! She answered all my questions, asked me questions that allowed her to help identify needs I may have in a device, and got me set up and out the door in what I felt like was record timing. She helped me pick out the accessories I needed (wall brick, case, screen protector, camera protector), and got everything installed for me. Not having to put on my own screen protector might have just been the best part. I live in Texas but am still on my family's plan here in Indiana. I opted to wait to upgrade my device until I was home in Indiana because of Nicole's incredible customer service and reliability. 10/10 recommend her for all good things.

We stopped in for a hotspot data plan and Debbie B listened to our needs and provided wonderful suggestions. She set us up and we were on our way as happy customers. I got home and got our devices connected to the hotspot and it has been working great for 24 hours. We get 5 bars on the device and we're back online as happy campers! Thanks Debbie for taking care of us!!

Visited on May 22. One employee in the store. Took over an hour to receive assistance. 2 hours later issue not resolved and was told to call customer service. I was there because customer service told me to go to the store. 3 hours of my life I won’t get back. The employee was as helpful as he could be given the circumstances but whoever scheduled him as the only person there should consider new employment.

Incredible customer service from Debby! Came to get assistance with my son’s phone now working properly. Debby was very helpful and in trying a range of different possible fixes she noticed that our plan was outdated and costing a lot more than it should. She was able to save us almost $50 a month. In this day and age I feel like this is unheard of. With that savings we ended up getting two new phones and some accessories, and still be saving money monthly. Thank you so much Debby!!

I had an issue with my account and went into another store on two different occasions and was told that they couldn't help me. I came to the Valparaiso location and the representative helped me immediately and got my issue resolved. Thank you for helping me!
