I came in on accident a minute before they closed but the store worker said it wasn’t a problem and was super helpful. She replaced my car key battery for me and showed me step by step when I asked how to replace it!

Every time I have visited this store, the employees have been just the best. They are friendly, knowledgeable and great st what they do. I went in last week thinking I needed an iPhone repair, which was listed on their website as costing $129.99. The employee suggested he try cleaning the port to see if that solved the connectivity issue. It did, so his honesty and competence saved me $120!

From the moment I entered Batteries Plus when I was greeted & welcomed by Ed…I received excellent Customer Service…Ed listened to my issue and reassured me that he would do everything possible to help me.. I had dropped my phone in the sand on the beach, I picked it up immediately ...The I-Phone still worked….however when I got home to charge the iPhone, the cord would not fit in the phone..Ed said he would check it out for me…Ed returned the I-Phone to me, working..There were grains of sand that had entered the phone…Ed described what he had done what was to remove the grains of sand and some lint from clothing..quoted me a charge…very reasonable..then I was on my way…..

We were having trouble charging our Apple IPad and had a call with Elliot, at Batteries Plus in Valparaiso, regarding what might be the problem. Elliot recommended bringing in the IPad so that they could clean the charging area. I just went to the store and Lola helped me to get the IPad to work again and recommended charges for us to use. She could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend this store.

Jody stayed past her shift to help me get my screen replaced because there wasn’t one available till tomorrow!!!! Definitely recommend her if you go in. Awesome person!!!!

My girl's Clarisonic Mia 3 facial cleaner died, so I painstakingly broke it apart and took it to Levi @ Batteries Plus in Valpo, and the man resurrected it from the dead with longer lasting batteries than the original. If you need professional/fast service... ask for Levi.Thanks man, Zack

My boyfriend dropped my phone and his screen was completely black and wouldn’t turn back on , we tried 4 places, geek squad said they needed weeks to ship it to apple , other places wouldn’t even try to look at it. We brought it here and the guy took it in the back and said he could try to replace the screen to see if that works and it did ! he did it in 25 minutes and we appreciate his help so much thank you !!!!

Great place to get whatever kind of battery you may need! Well organized place. The associates are really friendly and eager to help with whatever type of battery you are trying to find. From now on, here is my go to place for batteries & bulbs! Free parking right outside!

Have been here before but this review is for this visit. I have been trying to improve how my Samsung phone is working for me. I live in a strange reception point so some difficulty is usual. In this case Samsung support Singapore was suggesting that I buy a new phone - imagine that. Batteries plus is a certified repair place. They were very helpful in checking the device and narrowing my troubleshooting down.
