Customer service lady who did my return last night 2/15/24 around closing time had nothing but attitude. It was 20min before close and the return takes 1 minute. Not sure which boyfriend/girlfriend may have upset her but no reason to take it out on a set of customers.

This is a very fun store! Electronics are a blast to look at, and they have the best selection of TVs in every price range! The staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly!

Don’t know what’s up with this place in the last year I used to go to Best Buy all the time for all my electronics but lately in the past year the customer service has just been the worst. Especially down to simply checking out. When I head to the check out to buy anything I always get these older ladies that seem to be upset with me like I inconvenienced their day by buying something. At first I thought well they are old and probably having a bad day but I mean it has been this way every time! It’s just weird. Also when I went to buy a new phone because I have Best Buy total tech the people at the phone service literally rolled their eyes and argued amongst themselves on who was not it to help me because it was to much work. Then the guy I got told me maybe I should come in the morning to get a new phone instead (with adding a new line) because it was going to take past closing time to do it. That was at 4pm on a weekend. I just went to my carrier they did it in like 20 min. There has been many other instances and I’m at the point that I’ve decided that I’ve given that place enough chances. I’m going to let my total tech run out and just shop off Amazon. Prices are the same if not better and I don’t have to deal with the inconvenienced customer service.

They didn't have much on the shelves. A shell of its former self. I will say the sales associate did try very hard to find what I was looking for. Where's the inventory, Best Buy?

Horrible customer support. Best buy service is by far the worst. Furthermore English should be the first language spoken.
