“Not only did Leo bail me out, he was tenacious about it. I was at mile 60 of a 100-mile ride and stuck in one gear. He got my battery-powered shifters working again, but he didn’t stop there. There were people waiting, and he could have just done the minimum and moved on. That would have at least given me access to my top gears and gotten me back on the road. Instead, he stuck with the repair until everything was properly networked and working the way it should, making sure I was ready for the hills ahead. He wasn’t satisfied with a job half done, and that made a huge difference for me.”

“On our travel path west my wife’s Specialized Diverge had a shifting problem with the rear derailleur. We pulled our camper into the parking lot walked in cold and they could not have been nicer. We dropped the bike headed to Indiana Dunes SP and she was called after a few hours. One again on pickup everyone was very nice and the bike mechanic explained the problem and preventative steps for the future. He even checked the other cable. This was first class service and we are very appreciative! Thanks”
