Had a small issue, sleeve started to separate, with a brand new, one week old, letterman jacket. Took it in to see if it could be fixed and they got us a new jacket and transfered the patches very quickly. The customer service is top notch!!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with the manager, Chris. He and the rest of the retail team were very professional and pleasant to work with. They helped me customize matching shirts for a bachelorette party. They turned out just how I wanted, and I will definitely be coming back!

I went in and got a quick print for Valpo High School and walked out with my shirt. It was a five star experience!! Staff was super friendly as well.
