The issue was that we wanted stone but knew little about the pros and cons of granite vs quartz vs quartzite, and after visiting all the big box stores and seeing that we were expected to make a huge financial decision based on teeny tiny samples that looked nothing like what you'd end up with, or in some cases, no sample at all that we could bring home and view in our home, we simply were stuck with not being able to make a decision. Then we went to Von Tobel and it turned out to be a game-changer. Our consultant Amy was very knowledgeable and confirmed all that we had previously learned plus was able to educate us on things we hadn't considered. When you've never had stone countertops, you don't know what you don't know, and it was so reassuring to have someone like her offering suggestions and advice. We were able to rent larger-sized samples that we could bring home, look at in different light, and get our money back as long as we returned them within the allotted time frame. Amy also provided options for a new sink. Going to VonTobel enabled us to be confident in our decisions. We purchased granite and a new stainless steel sink and would gladly recommend Von Tobel 100%.”
