Dropped off on a Monday for body work. Didn't use insurance so I had to rent a car. Got an email that the car would be ready in 11 days. Ridiculous. Called and was told this was wrong, and the car would be ready soon. Also was told I'd get a discount for the delay because I had to pay so much for the rental. It took 8 days to get the car back. Again, ridiculous. I will never use this business again or recommend it to anyone.

The repair work itself? Flawless. My SUV had some serious denting and paint damage, but when I picked it up after about a week, it looked better than new—the paint match was spot-on, and the texture felt identical to the factory finish. No shortcuts here; these folks use top-tier tech and clearly take pride in their family-owned operation.

Our work truck was hit by on coming traffic that was texting and driving during a snow storm. Thank JESUS that he only hit our mirror. This team facilitated their claim/our repair and had our truck in and out within 24 hours. Washed. Boom.
