The owner was extremely rude to us when shopping for my daughter's prom dress. First we were told we could not try on a dress because it was "too expensive". (Our budget is $1000, the dress was $600). Then she put out dress back because she days it wouldn't look good on my daughter because she was too short, claiming she was only 5ft 2, when in reality she is 5ft 5.

Brought my neice for prom dress shopping and my neice told Ashley what she was looking for and within 1 minute we had the dress and 10 minutes later it was purchased. I adore this store everyone is friendly and gave amazing service there is no way we need to go to a big corporate store when you can find what you need here. Thank.you

Came with a bride to be to pick out a dress. The selection was poor and the sizing was off. The Associate would not even put the dress on her correctly for the bride to get a good picture of how the dress fit because there were too many buttons or she didn't want to break the dress. It came across as lazy and unprofessional. If I was going to drop $1500 on a dress, I would like to see it buttoned up, no? If you want a good experience, check out David's bridal. Better prices and selections on Bridal gowns. Also, the customer service is 100% better there. That is where we went afterwards and she found her dress. There were also 3 other girls who found their wedding dress during our appointment at David's bridal. Oh and did I mention that Cupid Couture won't allow photos? Terrible terrible experience!

We had the most wonderful experience here. The owner took a hands on approach and helped us find the most amazing dress. Extended discounts to allow for a new shipment of shoes. Highly recommend for prom or bridal!

My daughter and i have been probably to every prom shop around northwest indiana and have had NO LUCK anywhere. My daughter and i went into Cupid Couture , had thee best customer service experience and they had great selection of dresses. My daughter finally found her dream senior prom dress, thank you girls for helping us and making my life easier !!!

I bought almost a $800 prom dress and I wanted to see if I could exchange it for another one because I was second guessing it and so I called and asked before hand if I could exchanged it and they told me “oh yeah we've done that before†so I was so excited. The next day I go in and they told me I couldn't. What the hell is that? This lady just kept telling me oh no returns no returns but literally I called and asked if I could and they said yes. I'm not hating on the dress it's just the fact that they told me I could and I went and wasted my own time just to get let down and you would think spending that much money for a prom dress and helping out their paychecks that maybe I could have exchanged it. They also told me that they don't know where the dress goes after it leaves the store and that's another reason I couldn't exchange it. That dress was sitting in my closet for 3 days so yeah I guess it's just no good to them anymore since it sat in my closet for 3 days. I've shopped from them before and honestly love the place but after this I honestly just hate the store now. I was so excited that I could exchanged it and I just get let down like that.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my wedding dress here! The minute I walked in the door, Hannah greeted me and started to assist me. I let her know what I was looking for and the hunt began. She was insightful, helpful and caring. I had been to a big box retailer and the experience was very different. The biggest difference, the wedding dresses are actually nice here! I tried on about five, in all. Not once was Hannah annoyed or did she make me feel rushed. We laughed, we smiled and best of all she helped me find the absolute perfect dress! I walked in with one idea in mind and walked out with a completely different dress. All I can say is, when you know, you know. Katie was also helpful in showing me various shoes/accessories and she provided me a referral for my alterations. The seamstress experience has been just as enjoyable! I truly lucked out stopping in here! They are worth the try!
