I'm giving 3 stars as the average. Dave gets 5 stars but his agent Darla I give 1 star. She is very rude and condescending on every single call no matter how mundane. I've been a customer for almost 28 years. I always dread calling and having to talk to Darla. I finally had enough and switched agents which is so easy I wish I would have done it long ago.

I have been a client of Dave and his team for 20 years. I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and accommodating that the entire team is at the agency. I’m so grateful for how seamless every interaction is on the occasion I have an issue and need to call in or visit the office. I processed health insurance claims for our local hospital and had my license to sell insurance when I was a Personal Banker. That said, I’m knowledgeable in this field and can assure you that their ability to tailor a plan that works best for you is indisputable.
