Worst experience ever a this is my local store I love but now the Customer service sucks nobody say hello I feel it’s a lot of racism in there. It’s a lady that works there I didn’t get her name but she was very rude she was looking at me with disgust she didn’t allow me to put my number in she slap my receipt on the counter and try to walk away and I wasn’t even done with my transaction she was such in a hurry and then she rolled her eyes and huff an puff. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! It shouldn’t be like that we are in 2024 why are we still doing racism an I come in here every day or other day a get the mean rude vibes. Not okay

I’m actually confused as to what just happened. There was never an employee to be seen the whole 30 mins I was there. Ran in to just grab a case of water and there were several-dozens of people in line for self checkout because it seems like no one’s working. Witnessed at least one person just walk out with their items and I don’t even care because what in the world is going on.

Ethan is rude and just an awful employee. Can't believe they allow those type of people to work at places. But what else can be expected at a Dollar General.

This is the most disorganized DG I have been into. More than half of the aisles are not accessible due to stocking carts blocking the aisles. You can't shop in half of the areas. It is a huge safety concern. At one point an employee was stocking a shelf and a large stuffed animal fell off of the top shelf into the next aisle. He just laughed hysterically. Thankgoodness it was soft and no one was there. I can't believe the health department allows it to remain open.

As a former employee at this location I am in agreement with most others that it needs a remodel and the addition of better storage to keep unnecessary inventory off the sales floor but while I was employed there we made great strides toward staying ahead of things and creating a much better environment for our customers most of which I became very fond of
