“I had the best experience there on Thursday after the storms. They re-opened the store, but the lights were barely on and there was no music! I had to use my phone's flash light to find stuff. It felt like a scavenger hunt and I absolutely loved it!! I know it was because of the power outage and storm but it was legitimately the best target experience I have ever had. I hope they have shopping days like that on purpose in the future. It would definitely make me come out to shop for sure!!!”
