This is the second time I have reserved a vehicle at this location, only to be told at the last minute that they didn't have anything available. Terrible customer care.

This place has the WORST customer service that I have ever seen. How do you make a reservation and then not have the vehicle when you need it??? Also, not honoring a corporate code because you want the higher rental fee. I will never do business with this location again.

My first car was upgraded by the first agent by calling the insurance agent. When that car seemed to large after driving for awhile, the second agent gladly changed my rental to a smaller SUV which was perfect.

I saw first hand a man by the name of Andre being so professional despite iffy customers, being so busy. Laney was amazing. So helpful, explained everything down to small details. I was very impressed with the Valparaiso team!

I booked a luxury car with the enterprise 1-855 number and the booking agent did not reserve me the proper car, as the store did not have a luxury car in the inventory for the original pick up location of portage Indiana. However, the store manager of the Valparaiso, Indiana location was very nice and accommodating, as she got me into a Chevy Malibu after the reservation being thrown at her store unannounced. Thank you to Lydia and her entire team at the Valparaiso Indiana location. Thank you for your professionalism and patience. You are a credit to the enterprise Rent-A-Car team!V/rGeorge C. Just returned a vehicle that was given to us with a headlight that had water all along the inside of the light from day 1. It was returned before 5pm on a Friday and the manager blatantly lies and says that she was there at 5pm even though the lights were off at 4:58pm and they closed early. We called before we brought it back to confirm someone would be there at 5 and they confirmed they would. Now they're trying to charge us for headlight damage. They gave us a car that just got out of the car wash and was dripping wet, the entire car was soaked, how can anybody see that the headlight is taking in water when both headlights are dripping water from the car wash? The headlight was clearly seen to have water inside after the car was dry later that evening. I'm guessing they damaged it during the carwash. Now they're calling us liars and saying that we damaged it and saying we didn't drop it off in time.Stay away from this enterprise. Total scammers and awful customer service. Do your jobs better..

Great people, it is the reservation system I struggle with. I post for a car based upon my size (height). I reserve a STANDARD which shows a VW that gives me the headroom I need however every time I get there this site does not have VW's and offers me a Kona which does not have adequate headroom. Their response is the Kona is a STANDARD. Do not necessarily agree with this categorization and it is a bit of a false advertisement ploy. Since I rent 1 to 2 times a month I face this discussion on a frequent basis.

NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY. USAA reserved a rental for me, they called me an hour later, it was unavailable, then I show up 3 hours later and the replacement was unavailable. Then they said I could get the super deluxe premium package for more money out of pocket. They were moderately rude as well about it all. Apparently eservations mean nothing? Called USAA and cancelled.

Was told that they were understaffed and could not deliver vehicle. Get there and 6 people working (kinda). Very irritating experience. Also please vacuum and clean.

Traveling across the country with a large dog isn't easy, especially when your car breaks down. Lydia was absolutely amazing! Helped me get into something size appropriate and quickly. She was friendly, compassionate and efficient!

Normally don't have any issues at this location as I'm a frequent renter. Nice people and accommodating. Today I arrived to pick up my car - which had been reserved a few days in advance- and was told "Sorry, we are out of cars." They had no idea when they would have any cars available. It would have been nice to know in advance. They were actually calling me to inform me of the situation as I was being dropped off. Thanks for the heads up! The woman in charge - as well as another employee - blamed the situation on their Area Manager as they were told cars were coming but never arrived. Whatever. My point is they KNEW there was a strong possibility of my vehicle not being available yet they CHOSE not to give me a heads up phone call. Someone really dropped the ball here and it was obvious that Enterprise made a conscious decision NOT to respect my time (as well as many others). Lesson learned. I guess it is the customer's responsibility to call this location in advance to make sure they can get a car on pick up day. What a disaster!
