I mailed an Item with this Office and got an estimate on another from the manager, when returning they over charged me on the Item I previously got an estimate from the manager! I tried to cancel the whole transaction but they would only give a partial refund, so I decided to let the package go and I would speak to the manager on Monday when they said he would return figuring he would do the right thing as he was the manager who quoted me that price. He's as bad as the other children working there! He just passed the problem. Gave me a Fed X 1800 number. He could have easily resolved this! No Adults on site just young children working at this establishment! Save yourself the aggravation go somewhere else! They have Bad Reviews for a reason!

FedEx is in the shipping business. Why on gods green earth is it so difficult to ship an international package? We do this on the regular. I have never seen more incompetent people working at the Valparaiso FedEx.

I don’t usually care to leave reviews on places like this but I had to for this one. This fedex and its employs must hate there job’s & people who come in. There is one guy who works there but feels the need to be the worst person to interact with I mean this same guy parks his white suv in front of the store in“customer parking”Just avoid this place if you can.0 stars for customer respect.

Fed Ex came through for me when another print shop wouldn't. I brought in my own card stock and printed program for my daughter's wedding celebration. They were able to print them right up, and made sure it was good margins, etc. They offered to have it done same day, but I was able to pick it up the next day. I actually use FedEx for printing my recital programs every year as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this location with a very helpful staff member by the name of Joy. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when handling my artistic prints. Very welcoming demeanor yet efficient enough to speed up the whole process. I highly recommend a visit to this location for all your printing and shipping needs. I will definitely be back to utilize the services of this branch. Thanks again, Joy.

Store Closes when they want. Stays open until they want. Very inconvenient. Called today to see if they are open. Since they were closed all last week. Website shows open until 8:00. Informed open until 6:00 all week. Had package held at this site just for them to be closed all week. NOW, my package is lost.Will never use this store and will think twice before using FedEx.

I shipped something from here. It apparently sat at this store for two days before moving. Then took over a week to travel to southern IL. Staff doesn't seem to care about much.

My first experience with this store and all the ladies working today were so extremely nice and pleasant. The one gal even carried my large box to my car for me! Was super pleased with them!

ZERO stars I had really BIG problems at fedex office valparaiso ,in 46383 with Tamarra and Lisa two days in a row. I had a package labeled to return as refused per the driver told me to go to office fedex Valparaiso They told me 2-4-21 they do not do that and THEY CAN NOT CALL FEDEX toll free to help me either. so I put in box in store instead, they said the pkg would just be returned back to me again. I called fedex and they told me this was where I needed to send from and I found it in writing on the website as well. So I filed a complaint 2-4I went back on 2-5 to valparaiso fedex office again Lisa and Tamarra and asked them to lookup Fedex rules/regs/policies on their computerTHEY told me " we do not have internet here and we can not get fedex rules regs policys here on our computer " They asked me to just leave the store after every question I asked them. I know the store manager is on this as well as I was not contacted by the store manager after 1 week from complaints filed with fedex astarting 2-4-21 and 2-8-21

Part two Dirty Brown Water Trash Fedex's customer service is about as useful as dirty hotdog water. I don't deal with fedex often and every time I do they remind me why. The customer service over the phone was rude and incredibly unhelpful. I'm assuming fedex outsources this part of their company because the quality of help I got from customer service deserves -5 stars. All I needed was for them to let me pick the package up in the store and instead they said they're just going to ship my package back to the sender today on Christmas Eve. My fiancé and I both work in healthcare and work odd schedules so we aren't home all the time during business hours. Not to mention they were late to deliver my package every time by at least 5 hours and were giving me attitude because I wasn't home to sign. There was a very simple solution, but I feel like I was trying to explain trigonometry to my pet goldfish. Not to mention after I called the sender and we resolved the issue, all the following information I got from fedex was wrong and I had to go an hour out of my way just to find out that the package fedex told me was at the Michigan City facility got shipped to the Valpo store. You're better off using UPS or if you're really feeling lucky, the Pony Express. I also witnessed the customer service department actually be rude to the women working in the Valpo store on the phone trying to resolve my issue. It was really sad to see. The in store service, however, top notch. Fedex you need to commend the ladies at the Valpo store. They took care of me the best they could. *disappointed bald eagle noises* #tookourjerbs

I used this FedEx office while processing a third-party Amazon return. I already was really frustrated with Amazon and the seller because of confusing return instructions, when I realized in the store that the seller gave me two print labels. One label to return half of my item to UPS, the other to FedEx. I was visibly frustrated. Even though it was in no way his responsibility, the manager at this location calmly talked me through my problem and offered to repack my parcels into a single shipment to save me an extra trip. I got above-and-beyond service here. If the rest of their staff is half as good as the guy who helped me, then I'd recommend this store to anyone.

When compared to USPS, fedex ships quicker, costs less, and has a shorter wait in line (if any). And lets not even bring up customer service! Lol

three times my packages have been delivered to the wrong address!!!!! what is the carriers problem??? Once a package was EVEN delivered and left in my barn drive way on the back of my pick up and it was a prescription for a neighbor and not even for me. It had a TOTALLY DIFFERENT ADDRESS AND A DIFFERENT NAME ON IT!!!!! Today another package addressed to be at my address was delivered to a totally different street but a very kind neighbor brought it over to me and said this was the 4th time he had received packages addressed to me at his address!!!!! I just called customer service and spoke with a manager named Deana who did have an accent and I had to repeat my address 8 times and SHE STILL COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT!!!! I will call again on Monday and hopefully get someone who can understand me. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH FED EX??????

Insisted I buy a box for something that I didn't need a box for, already had a box but he insisted that I buy this box so he/someone doesn't throw a heavy package on it and break it. For 25.00... Will not be going to this FedEx location again. The staff guy was very rude.
