Don’t go here! Express Care??? Not! Wish you could give less than one star. Rude staff all the way around. Rude Receptionist, nurse. Was told at one point that my wife needed an xray, with no indication how long that would take. Sitting here now waiting a long time with no news as to when they will xray. Nurse is checking in other patients before giving my wife X-ray. Hearing a lot of talking and giggling outside the door. Wish I would have read the reviews first.

I've come into this facility twice and was more than satisfied with each experience. The NPs Nicole and Lauren are wonderful. When I had an issue, everything seemed fine after the initial check, but the nurses wanted to run some extra tests just to make sure I was completely all right. Something did pop up, so I'm grateful that they insisted on checking! The receptionist was also very nice. Thank you.

My visit at Franciscan Urgent Care today was perfect! I registered ahead of time..so they called me in rite away.. FNP. M. W. was totally amazing..You can tell she really cares and she explaines everything to you, to make sure you understand...Everyone was Awesome!

Unprofessional, inconsistent, rude and seemingly, uncaring staff. Facilities also dirty. Floors appear to have been unswept for at least a few days.

Lots of negative reviews here, but my experience was great. Was in and out in about 30 minutes, front desk and nursing staff were friendly.

I went in with excruciating shoulder pain, I sat in a exam room writhing in pain for an hour, they offered me a heat pack which ended up making the pain worse. Absolutely the worst experience of my life.

Receptionist with dark brown hair in a pony tail asked me to speak loudly because she couldn’t hear me talking with my mask on but she laughs at me when I do speak up. More so, when the nurse practitioner (blonde shorter hair) asked what my symptoms of COVID were before taking the test, she looks at me as if I’m lying. If you don’t express any forms of nurture or empathy, why work in the medical field or have a job in the first place?

Only 1 star because there is no option to give negative rating. Worst service I have ever had! Receptionist is very rude and staff acts like they are doing you a big favor and you should be in your debt forever till you die. Advise to Franciscan Management: don’t talk about love and compassion in your mission statement for sake of saying. Implement it too through your customer service. Show some empathy towards your patients/customers.

Everyone working there was very kind and courteous. The staff and NP were knowledgeable, and I was treated quickly. I spent a total of 40 minutes from when I walked in to when I left, and it was the middle of a Saturday
