From the very beginning, even before my father passed, they were supportive and informative. While my father was in hospice at home, Tammy guided us with kindness. She explained exactly what to do when the time came and even provided thoughtful recommendations for the luncheon after the funeral.

When my father passed, Martin arrived and patiently waited as we said our goodbyes. He handled my father’s body with dignity and genuine care, which put our minds at ease.

Shortly after, Jamie reached out to begin the arrangements and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth. We felt supported every step of the way.

Jason and Carolyn were incredible. They ensured that every detail of the wake and funeral was handled with grace—from my father’s beautiful presentation, to the calm, reassuring presence of the staff. Even with another service happening at the same time, they made us feel like we were the only family there. Nothing felt rushed or impersonal. They even escorted us to Angelcrest Cemetery and helped us pick out plots!

What truly stood out was how they anticipated our needs before we even voiced them. Their attention to detail gave us peace of mind and allowed us to focus on being with our loved ones.

A special thank-you to Jeff, the florist. My mother, who adores flowers and was very particular about getting them just right, was moved to tears by the stunning arrangements. Jeff truly captured her vision and honored my father beautifully through his artistry. I’m not a big sunflower person and I was a little worried to be honest, but it was absolutely beautiful. Sorry I even doubted you, Jeff!
