The process was amazing. Communication was great. They explained everything in simple terms. Finished my 2024 Toyota Crown in a timely manner. I'm very happy. That being said, my kids and husband always say my expectations in life are insane. I would absolutely refer this business. I wish I could say the same for allstate Insurance. I'm sure I'm gonna have to get a 2nd job now.

These people were very rude and didn’t fix the big problem. No I don’t want to hear from u guys I had some body fix it. The part that wasn’t fixed had made the car early become uncontrollable when I brought up that it wasn’t fixed you walked away and decided to tell me to call my insurance I said I’m going to get killed driving home . You said “drive safe”. I made it home by the way if u even cared. I get you guys deal with rude people but I was never rude to you I just wanted to be able to drive my care again. I didn’t even wanna say anything but what yall did was truely dehumanizing

Gerber in Valpo made the whole process very easy and painless. The manager Jen was very quick to call or email with any concerns and answered all my questions without annoyance. Rachel at the front desk was also wonderful to work with and helped with my situation! I hope I don't need to go back soon, but if I do, Gerber in valpo will be the place I go.

Took my Dodge Charger RT here because someone backed into me. They fixed the bumper but cracked my headlight housing and tried to tell me that it is wear and tear when it was not like that before. I had before and after pictures of the car, they keep trying to tell me that they need visible damage to cover it. They do not own up to their mistakes and fix your car if they do not perform the repairs correctly. Then they try to tell you that they are waiting on insurance. Do not trust them!! Not real mechanics and not professional. The girl took wrong pictures of my car because they were trying to deny their mistake. Terrible service, not happy at all. I will not return and seek legal advice!

Made an appointment to get an estimate to have my jeep fixed, and was told we can only look at the visible damage now and when it's scheduled we can look for other damage. Ok but what if there is other damage? Who pays the difference?

If I could give zero stars, I wouldthe representative, or whoever is at the front desk do not pick up the phone. It’s honestly really disappointing because I got recommended and I hear that this location has really good workers that does a really good job with fixing up your car but seeing how they could never pick up the phone, I will not be doing business Here.

The representative at the front desk is a freaking joke.How is it? I can call them 10 to 20 times out the day and you cannot pick up the phone! I would never recommend this location ever I will recommend merrville or Gary. At least they’ll have the decency to pick up the phone and actually do their job. I will go higher with my complaint then just write a review. The workers there do an amazing job as far as getting my car fixed but the representative at the front Desk is absolutely terrible. She makes the whole company / location look like trash!

They got my car done in two days when I was told it would probably be a week! They also vacuumed the inside of my car (which was a MESS)….it looked better than it did before I took it in! Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim
