I went to get a haircut, and the lady who cut my hair did not know what she was doing. Super uneven and patchy on my sides. I told her a short fade and she used a 7 and didn’t even fade it. Will never come here again!!!!

Just got my haircut from Debbie, needed a simple 1 guard on the sides and blend up to already short hair. The worst haircut I’ve ever received.

Did a online check at around 6:45 pm today and arrived at 7pm. Was told that they would not cut my hair because they were closed. I was a bit confused and told the lady I did a online check in and the text said to be there before 7:30 pm. She again told me that they were closed. She didn't tell me that they had changed their hours. They need to change their hours since it says on the app and Google that they are open till 7:30.

I get good hair cuts at Great Clips. I have gone other places and paid a whole lot more and got a hair cut that didn’t lay right and I couldn’t do anything with it. I have gone to Great Clips for years now and the girls are all sweet and do a good job.

I took an elderly friend there to get her hair cut for the third time and can only say good things about them. They were pretty quick about getting her in, and no matter which hair stylist took care of her, they gave her a great cut!

My boyfriend got his haircut today around 12-12:30 and the lady who did it was very friendly and did a great job. Cut looks clean and she offered to make any changes if needed 10/10 recommendation on her unfortunately I didn’t catch her name!

I went there today, asked for a trim and also asked her to shorten my bangs right below my chin. My stylist Meghann did an absolutely horrible job with my bangs. They look uneven. Left side is longer than the right side. I will get them fixed in another place.
