I came in as a walk-in and had the absolute pleasure of Eric. He did a great job on my hair but it was his empathy and kindness that really touched me. What a wonderful human. I really needed to meet Eric today.

I went in as a walk in yesterday. I got Eric. Who cuts my hair. I have very fine, thin hair...I also have alopecia. I told him I wanted the paris jackson choppy bob to the best of the ability with my hair texture and type. I left with the best haircut I ever had. After going home and styling, and such. I got so many compliments on my hair last night. My husband LOVES the cut. It looks so good. He did an amazing job making my hair look thicker, it had style, it framed my face wonderful. I absolutely love the haircut!!!.

Came in with my 2yo for his first haircut (5.99 back to school kids cuts under age of 10) and 8yo. Im sorry I didn't even catch your name, the pic will show the lovely and patient lady, but I wanted to thank you tremendously for being so patient with my very unruly and (crying 75% of the cut) I was very impressed with the way you handled him even thru the screaming and squirming. The lady next to you that day tried helping too( sorry he doesn't like loud noises and you offered him a sucker that he refused but enjoyed during our shopping trip after hahaha. And for my 8yo, who has 4c hair as a mixed child(very hard to find someone in Valpo who can cut his hair and make him happy) ans he was very happy said I love my haircut mom. So just wanted to show gratitude. 🙏 if you'll take us again we will be back. Thank you again. Very kind, very patient (even when I was so embarrassed for the screeching crying and almost uncontrollable movement) all while having a full waiting room. 😵💫🥴

Took my four boys today for the back to school haircuts and we had Alyssa and Rylee and let me just say they went over and beyond for my kiddos with one being autistic Rylee was very very patient with him and worked with him so he could get comfortable these ladies were amazing ‼️‼️

I usually always come here for a haircut and never have a problem. However today I got my hair cut by Melissa and she thinned out my hair and I did NOT ask her to do so. All I asked for was a trim. She decided she wanted to thin MY hair out without my permission. Absolutely pissed about this
