Lisa scheduled my appointment (busted washer!) quickly and within a few days (considering the holidays). The technician arrived on time, was able to fix our problem in a short time, and he is friendly and pleasant. Definitely would use Hiscox again and will recommend them.

Called about Amana store repair and my unit was too old and she was honest we me. Saved me a service call that wouldn't accomplished anything.
Specialties: Service most major appliance brands. Work with a lot of appliance companies in handling their warranty work. Also, sell parts over the counter.;
