Outstanding furniture store with a large inventory to select from and all high quality manufacturers.Brian Craig spent a fair amount of time helping my wife and I select the best furniture for our needs and budget.He was knowledgeable and helpful pointing out all the attributes of the items we were interested in.The store is large,spacious and decorated nicely,couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to shop and purchase from Indiana Furniture.

Brian Craig did the perfect job helping us buy a couch! He gave us some space to walk around, measure, sum up what we liked and didn’t like, what we wanted to afford, and Brian was available with info as soon as we had any questions. He was friendly and helpful but not pushy. No buyers remorse..We walked out with the perfect couch for our house! Thank you Brian!

We had our couch delivered last week, and had a great overall experience! Zac Beatty gave us just the right amount of assistance as well as time and space to browse the huge showroom floors. Communication about production and delivery was clear and prompt. The delivery also went without a hitch. Isaac and Casey were efficient, friendly, and conscientious. They helped take our old couch to the curb, and had the new couch in our living room in minutes. We've been enjoying it ever since! Thank you, Indiana Furniture!

What a great experience! Gary S was incredible through the entire process. He gave us plenty of space to do our own searching but checked in numerous times in a very non invasive way. When we were ready with questions he was ready with answers. We were torn between two pieces and Gary was happy to provide his thoughts on the differences between brands. We stopped in thinking it might be above our price range, but was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options and price points. Can't wait for our furniture to show up!!

Bought sofa and loveseat from this place, also bought the warranty. BIG MISTAKE!!! We put in a claim and got nothing but a run around, they sent someone out to see damage to sofa, he confirmed it met the terms of the warranty. Every time we contacted this company, we were pushed off on different people. Do not buy their warranty...it's a RIPOFF. .Will never buy from them again.

This was our second full home renovation using Indiana Furniture and Mattress. And both times have been absolutely fantastic! Our salesperson Zac on both projects was great to work with. He listened to our needs and could see our vision, yet he never pressured us but tactfully steered us in the right direction. He also knows his product lines and put in the time and research to help find the right pieces.
The showroom itself is amazing too! So many beautiful pieces to look at and find inspiration. It truly is worth visiting.
Also, the delivery crew was wonderful too. They were timely and very organized. They were also very careful to the walls and floors, and unwrapped each piece so carefully.
We truly can’t say enough about our experience. If we ever do another project, there is no doubt that we would use Indiana Furniture again.
