This is an amazing little boutique full of bright and well made clothing! I love the feel as soon as you walk in the door! The shop owner, Dina, is so sweet and helps tailor the outfit choices to your personality. It is like a personal shopper! I highly recommend taking a few minutes to review her personal journal planners for the year too! They are amazing! I found out she created them herself!! I took a pic of my last haul!! [except the purple dress]

My autistic daughter and her Para were treated very rude by Deana. She is supposedly the owner - and kept saying things like what's wrong with her?(Speaking about my daughter) Her para said "Nothing is wrong with her- she's Autistic" Deana - who I am thinking is a self proclaimed Doctor as well as a crappy store owner, kept saying no she's not. I hate to tell Deana- all week ,my daughter looks for her reward. On Friday her and her Para go back to the store and buy her Reward! I have spent anywhere from $25 to $100 on that Friday reward for her doing all her school work and chores! If Deana would of been nice she could of had a new customer that came in every Friday for HER REWARD! Hey my money spends everywhere - but Ivy Boutique will not be getting any of it!

I came here while on vacation back in June when I visiting an old high school friend. The store front was extremely cute but I was shocked how rude and condescending the employee was. There was a lot I would have loved to purchase but due to the attitude of the women working, I couldn't bring myself to purchase a single thing.

IVY RESPONSE to Lisa: Hello Lisa. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As was explained to you by Shoptiques.com, the item must be returned in its ORIGINAL condition to receive a refund. You failed to mention there were 3 buttons missing. I told Shoptiques that if all of the buttons were returned and it could be repaired and sold, I would gladly refund your money. Shoptiques indicated you never replied about that solution. Also, your "original" reason for the return was that it didn't fit, there was no mention of a defect. After seeing pictures, Shoptiques.com was in agreement about how to handle the return. Also, the jacket was returned to you. Ivy Boutique did not keep the jacket and the money.

The owner and service is personable, friendly, honest and professional. She knows style and will help you get to know your style and comfort.
