Very nice store but many items were laying around from shoppers gong through clothing. No one in any Department in the store !! Only people at check-out. Sad to see how J.C.Penney's has regressed, old man Penny would be appalled

Penney coupons are not what they used to be, there always seems to be a problem when you get to the register and they can't honor the 35 percent off, if that happens to you just tell them you don't want the item, don't make the mistake of paying regular price, that is exactly what JC Penney management wants you to do, maybe if enough of us just stop buying they will stop playing games with their coupons.

Had to get a few last minute gifts with my 2 girls. The lady rang my clothes up wrong and she had to redo my purchase like 3 times. She didn't see the clearance prices on the tags and my sale stuff didn't ring up. It was frustrating while trying to keep my 2 little ones in check lol.

Not the same department store as before. All I was looking for was a pair of navy dress pants. They didn't have any. :(
