I would have given zero stars if this was an option. Save your time and energy by staying away from this place. The sign on the door clearly says Saturday hours are 8-12, the rude employee tells me that they see the last patient at 11:30. Nothing posted online or onsite that says this. I checked in at 11:56 for a simple routine blood draw, and she comes out with her terrible attitude to tell me that they aren’t going to see me. I mentioned that I drove far to get to a Saturday location and she mumbles not my problem. She’s right, I have options and I’ll stay away from all lab corps all together in the future. There is never a need or cause to be nasty and rude to someone. She also lied claiming the courier comes right at 12:00 and blood takes 45 minutes to spin in the centrifuge. What she didn’t know is that I work in healthcare and I knew that these were lies and she didn’t want to see me. By the way, I didn’t pull out their parking lot until 12:30, and guess what no courier. Being dishonest isn’t cool, if you don’t like your job go find another one. I despise unnecessarily nasty, rude, and lazy employees.

Staff was friendly and service was very prompt. My appointment was at 10:45 am. I walked in at 10:20 and was seen right away.

They lost my lab results and then played coy about it. They didn’t even have the integrity to admit that they had made a mistake. If you care about your health care needs, do yourself a favor and go to another lab company!

Make sure you have your lab orders faxed over as they don't accept anything printed out from MyChart.

I have used this LabCorp multiple times and it’s been fine. Although I went in today to get some blood work and the worker there was very short with me. That didn’t bother me until I realized she had an AirPod in the whole time. She also had long acrylic nails on that ripped through the gloves and she DID NOT get another pair when drawing my blood. This is gross and highly unprofessional. Being in the healthcare field myself I can say that acrylic nails, AirPods, and an attitude like that does not belong.

I give zero stars. But I had to select one star in order to be able to post. This place has changed since Julie left. VERY hostile staff member, easily offended, careless. Patients deserve better! The place feels creepy.

Love labcorp! this location has friendly staffWith little to no wait. Love the kiosk making checking in so easy! Great with blood draws barley felt it!!

Uncalled for! Unnecessary!!! You can literally take hair for a test anywhere on the body, yet they insisted upon taking a silver dollar sized chunk of hair right on top at the spiral of my client's scalp. They literally scalped her. Just because they felt like it. Thanks. Thanks so much. You're doing such an adequate job. I hope you don't accidentally punch your own face today.

I was taken immediately and the phlebotomist was amazing. Best experience I’ve ever had and I have anxiety over needles. Made me feel really comfortable and was super fast.

Just got through with another blood test at Labcorp and Julie the phlebotomist took care of it, as usual, like she’s done the last nine years…! She is the best and you hardly feel a thing…! Julie is always personable and friendly and fun to talk with…. Didn’t have an appointment but I was in and out in no time…! If you need a place for blood tests, I highly recommend Julie and Labcorp… 5 ⭐️’s Greg

Just a few very nice medical staff. Been there maybe 6 or 7 times. Never had to wait long. Nice clean waiting area. Even has an elevator
