Always clean. Always friendly staff. All around pleasant experience when doing a necessary evil (laundry). Always have a good time doing laundry there.

Raise their prices every few months. Was just 5.50 for medium load, and 8 for large and now it is 6.50 for medium and 9.00 for large load. Rediculous

I wish I could say that I love this place but honestly I dont. The washers leave oil stains on your clothing. I feel that they should have specific washers for work clothes. You can tell that there washers aren't thoroughly cleaned on a ref basis.
They are decent on pricing.

Clean. Usually, it has washed open. Dryers also. Just as expensive as anywhere. The ladies are helpful but not very friendly. I def recommend it

This 24 hour laundry mat is the best in town. it's clean and everything is always working. I'd recommend this place to everyone..

I moved from a house to an apartment. I was dreading coming out to do laundry but I honestly don't hate it at Ladybug.
The system they use for laundry cards is very user friendly and fairly priced.
I can do a whole months of laundry for $15!
Would recommend any location!

The usual lady was not working today, and I could tell. The floor was very wet from the patrons walking through ice and snow. The lady who is usually there would have kept the floor mopped by the entrance door. Anyone could have stepped in the water and fell.

Used this laundry mat for o ed ten years and didn't have ANY trouble until new ownership took over.
