I went into the lane bryant because I had some birthday bucks to spend and it was right there. I've gone into lane bryant many times but this time I have never seen a more ruder bunch of women. When I walked in, I was not greeted, there were like 3 of them up at the. Register all yapping away.
About their personal lives. In one lady on the floor. I was looking around, and you could clearly see I was trying to look for something, but I wasn't, I wasn't finding yet not one person asked me a question or greeted me when I got in there. I asked to try on a shirt at the counter and got pointed in another direction. With she'll help you. Then the shilhout buogal turned into well, then she'll help you. It's to another gal. When I went to check out, I thought the rack had said 50% off. I must have misread it and instead of helping me find a second shirt to get 50% off 2 shirts, when the bill didn't sound right I asked. Instead of saying, let me help you find a second shirt. So that you can get the fifty percent off, they've just told me to go find one, and I wasn't sure where I could look. Still, 3 girls behind the counter standing there? Doing nothing, it was me.And another lady in the store and she was trying on clothes. And the other lady was out on the floor doing something. These gals did not want to do a dang, bloody thing to help anybody. They were rude, and just overall, like I was, they're bothering them by looking for clothes. Usually, when i've gone into lane bryant, they're very helpful in showing you hate this is, you know, this would match with this or by this get this fifty percent off, or they're showing you how to get things put together nope, these ones were more bothered than I was, even in the store and making them work. We'll not go back to this location at all. I'll find another lane bryant.

First off I want to acknowledge Melissa who works at Lane Bryant. She is a ? % Superstar☆ in Customer Service!!! I made an appointment with her and she was Amazing!!! She was so friendly and cheerful. She not only took the time to fit me for my perfect bras but also found me a Spectacular Summer Dress. They are Amazing?!!! When you Look Good you Feel Good. They are having such an Incredible Sale right now so I went back to stock up. They ended up ordering me a few things and are having them sent to me at no extra charge. I can not say enough about this store or the Steller Customer Service I recieved today. Thank you Melissa for you're Amazing Attention to Detail and your dedication to your job!!! You are the Best!!!! I would Highly recommend shopping at this store!!!

Everyone is pleasant there, but when you get a ship to store, you get a 50% off purchase, but if they don't have it in your size and can't locate it you get nothing unless you can buy it that day. Not real thrilled about that, but it is what it is . I think maybe 7 days would be fair

There are usually some pretty good sales and/or coupons to take advantage of here. The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly.

Was searching for a dress for a wedding. Brenda was so friendly and super helpful to me! Her help makes me want to shop there again.[ My only critique of the experience is that the store didn't have more styles to choose from. When it came to clothing the store seemed kind of empty.]

Not the best experience. I was initially greeted, but then she walked away. Overheard the two employees discussing how they had a rush (before I came in) and they were glad it was over. I didn't purchase what I went for that day.
