Team,I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care provided to my fiancée, Quiana Owens, during her stay at your facility. When Quiana first arrived at Willows, she faced numerous challenges, but thanks to the dedicated efforts of your staff, her progress has been nothing short of remarkable.I would like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Laura Nelson, the business manager, who was incredibly helpful and always provided me with the information I needed. Her professionalism and kindness made a significant difference during a challenging time.I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Irwin, Quiana's physical therapist, whose hands-on approach was instrumental in improving Quiana's mobility. Likewise, Ms. Aaron, her speech therapist, played a crucial role in helping Quiana regain her ability to speak and eat. Their expertise and dedication are truly commendable.The entire staff at Willows, including the nurses, social workers, and everyone involved in Quiana's care, demonstrated a level of excellence that should serve as a blueprint for how a nursing home should be run. Your team made a significant impact on Quiana's recovery, and for that, I am eternally grateful.While I have nothing but praise for the staff, I must mention one concern I had during Quiana's stay. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, I was unable to communicate with her doctor. As a family member, being able to discuss her medical condition and progress with the physician is crucial. I hope that in the future, communication between the doctor and family members can be improved.Overall, my experience with Willows Rehab Center was overwhelmingly positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend your facility to others in need of care. Thank you for the excellent service and care you provided to Quiana. Your team's commitment to their patients' well-being is evident, and it has made a lasting difference in our lives.Sincerely,

Vicky Ebert - I think the Willows does a great job!!! The staff are truly fabulous, kind and attentive. It’s an intimate setting where I believe the patients can get more one on one attention. I’m glad it’s not a huge Disneyland resort.

Very nice staff the lady who came around that asked my grandma what she wanted for dinner took our picture with my grandma. Thanks for taking special care of her and everyone that is there.

Had a very nice visit. We went to the room and nobody was there. Someone stopped what they were doing and went and found where our friend was. Therapy wheeled her in the dining room so we could visit more comfortably.

Lisa Coldwell is the most excellent . She gets things done at a fast and convenient rate of time. She makes sure that the people she helps are Happy with the most results.

Kudos to Lucy Herrod in housekeeping. I noticed my mother‘s room has not been swept or mopped for a long time, and I kindly asked to use the broom to sweep under the bed. Lucy went over and beyond to sweep and mop the room.She said she only works once a week. I appreciate her time and effort to happily and gracefully accommodate my mom’s room on the spot.Thank you,TinaGladys, Allen’s daughter

My brother is a resident at the Willows facility. The staff is always attentive and kind to him. They encourage him to engage in social activities, and he has made friends here. It’s a small more cozy facility that is rather homey. He has made it his home and is happy here.
