Editing my original post. I was told the wait time could be 4-12 weeks AFTER making the purchase. I would not have bought it if I knew that upfront to begin with.
Terrible experience with this store overall. I ended up waiting 6 MONTHS for my couch with excuse after excuse. I finally get my couch in May and the ottoman is missing. Was told it was damaged and would be about a week for it to come. That was 6 weeks ago and still have not received it or heard from them. There is zero communication, no attempt to correct the situation, constant excuses and the only way you will hear anything is if you call them constantly. They will also not let you cancel your order at all. I was told they would refund my $300 delivery fee and I haven't received that either. I paid hundred of dollars for a rent a center couch because I had no other living room furniture. The only nice thing I have to say is that their delivery drivers are great. Don't waste your time or money here.

Beware!!!! Nichol is a sales person can talk ppl into anything. Make sure u get what u want!!! I signed for a couch but got a oversize chair but still in a contract for a couch!!!! Then the chair is not correct and their going to say well u signed that nothing was wrong when delivered. It was a RUSH DELIVERY NICOLE ANS U KNOW!!! NOW I WANT SCOTT TO CONTACT ME OR THE OWNER ON THIS SO CALLED FAMILY BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY. IM DONE WITH THIS CRAZY RUN AROUND

This business is a scam, they charged our card over and over and over again for the same single purchase of one single item - which we never received over 12 months later! We called them and they refused to fix the situation saying “no refunds.” What?? For an item we never received?? Then they stop picking up the phone. This “business” is acting illegally and needs to be reported to the state consumer protection agency. Most of these reviews are not even real, it’s extremely obvious, brand new accounts with zero other ratings all posted on the same month. Illegal and wrong.

Nichole was a very pleasant person to work with from the moment we walked in the door til we received our furniture. We love our furniture. The Moving U Better delivery service was amazing. Jordan and Gavin did an excellent job bringing our furniture in and setting it up, very professional. Overall experience was amazing. All our needs and wants that we were looking for were definitely met!
