M&S collision was fantastic at all aspects of my vehicle repair. I have a 2023 SUV with a damaged side mirror. The body shop stayed honest on the timeline for the parts from the manufacturer (which were unknown, out of their control) and completed repairs in less than 12 hours after dropping off my vehicle. There was a slight issue with how they put the mirror on, but they were VERY quick to make it right. Linda, Jessica, and Mike were the ones I personally worked with and they all were wonderful. I won’t hesitate to go back to this shop should body work need to be done again.
