Her professionalism and kindness made a significant difference during a challenging time.I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Irwin, Quiana's physical therapist, whose hands-on approach was instrumental in improving Quiana's mobility. Likewise, Ms. Aaron, her speech therapist, played a crucial role in helping Quiana regain her ability to speak and eat. Their expertise and dedication are truly commendable.The entire staff at Willows, including the nurses, social workers, and everyone involved in Quiana's care, demonstrated a level of excellence that should serve as a blueprint for how a nursing home should be run. Your team made a significant impact on Quiana's recovery, and for that, I am eternally grateful.While I have nothing but praise for the staff, I must mention one concern I had during Quiana's stay. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, I was unable to communicate with her doctor. As a family member, being able to discuss her medical condition and progress with the physician is crucial. I hope that in the future, communication between the doctor and family members can be improved.Overall, my experience with Willows Rehab Center was overwhelmingly positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend your facility to others in need of care. “I had a very pleasant visit, Pam B did my blood draw, she made it quick and painless and helped me feel comfortable as I dont do needles very well, she did an excellent job and quest will definitely be my go to for labs now”

“This place was packed and the two ladies working kicked ass checking people in and getting their blood drawn. They also managed to keep their patience with the amount of entitled people that came in. When I walked in the waiting room was full, it’s expected, it’s Saturday. I checked in, sat down and waited for my turn. The amount of people who came in and walked to the window asking if there was a wait, or thought they had a great excuse to go before the rest of us or think their time is more important than the rest of ours blew my mind! Also, the rest of us waiting don’t want to hear you sighing and complaining about waiting. And besides all of what I mentioned, how is any of this lab corps fault. They can’t predict how many people will walk in. My service was excellent, I waited a bit but wasn’t surprised. People need to start treating people the way they want to be treated. Kindness and compassion. This expectation of being waited on instantly is just ridiculous.”

“From start go finish was amazing! First off had an appointment for 4:00, was in the area and needed an X-ray to go with MRI, and they not only accomodated me with an X-ray but then moved my MRI to right after. I was able to get all my orders done in less than half the day. Staff here, was friendly and respectful to my disabilities and requests. Im clostraphobic so they had me go feet first, and they made sure I was relaxed the entire process. Tech kept checking on me and letting me know the progress through out. Thank you so much! Will recommend and will send all my family and friends here!”
