I picked up my wedding dress four days before my wedding and got mascara smudged on the dress. The dress boutique said there was nothing they could do. Have been using them since I can remember. Now days I don’t have a lot to dry clean much anymore, but I just took my trench coat in and they accommodated me so beautifully with less than a 24 hour pick up for a celebration of Life. So professionally done!
