Pet Supplies Plus Valparaiso: great service and helpful staff. The employee helped put items into my cart, followed me to checkout and then put items into my car. Excellent inventory easy to locate in the store. The sales staff are knowledgeable about pet foods and supplies and all very helpful. In opinion this best pet store around the area. This place really special; can get anything need for cats here and if they don’t have it they’ll research to see can. The crew always friendly and willing to help. Management informative, helpful and easy to talk. Membership perks REALLY help. Staff extremely friendly, still stocked and community based. Store great sale going on, rewards program and even carry heavy purchases out.
