I don't know why Quest publishes a phone number because their system will not allow you to speak to anyone. The absolute WORST phone system EVER!

Friendly and quick, but awful overall. The woman nearly blew out my vein. She commented on my small veins, then proceeded to use a needle the size of a turkey injector. She missed the vein, but kept the needle in and just kept digging around for it. I yelped after a few needle direction changes, but she finally found the vein so I told her to leave it. I’ve never had such a bad experience giving blood.

Closes early.. And stops taking drug screens at 2:30pm!! So stupid. Drove here and wasted my gas for nothing. Who closes up shop at 3:30?? Most people aren't even off work by then.

I had a very different experience than the other reviews. The self check in feature was fast and easy. Donna was kind and welcoming. My experience lasted about 15 minutes. Couldn't have gone better.

I had to take my 4yr old today for lab work. I was so impressed by the experience. She was nervous going in and the ladies here moved quickly and kept her distracted. We left with not a single tear shed. The ladies here at Quest made all the difference!

This is my 3rd time being in this office and all 3 times the staff have been rude. I don't recommend this office to anyone who has anxiety because they will make it worse

Awful. Couldn't actually talk to a person on the phone to ask a simple question about dropping off a sample. Physically went in person to try to ask and waited an hour, since nobody works the front desk apparently, until an employee came out to test the automated check-in system.

8-19-2022 horrible experience, very rude unprofessional service tech......had to request tech change......needlessly to say went to different lab to to my remaining tests......will certainly avoid in future.....pure example how one bad apple influences hard work of others.....

BEST OFFICE EVER!!! As someone who HATES blood work and gets so anxious and nervous, me and my tiny veins couldn't thank Donna enough for always doing such an amazing job. Painless, quick, and such nice and caring service. The ladies here are awesome and I couldn't recommend them enough. My go to place for blood work!

We arrived there at 3pm, they close at 3:30pm. We checked in and waited in the waiting room. We were alone in the waiting room… Then a lady comes out at 3:10pm and said sorry we take our last appointment at 3:10pm. We were like okay, we’ll it’s 3:10. And she said sorry I can’t take you.The best part is there was NO ONE THERE waiting ! Just more employees that do not want to work or help people, so sad.Why are you even open until 3:30 if you close at 3? Why did you let me check in and sit in the waiting room for 10 minutes? Now I’ll waste another day trying to get blood test that would have take them less than 5 minutes to complete.

Staff was much better(nicer, sympathetic and empathetic) than the staff in Lombard Illinois. I would like to see them open on time and get us in at our scheduled appointment time.

Masks are required, there are two signs clearly stating so, yet two people walked in sans masks and nobody said anything to them until they were admitted.

I went to Quest for some blood tests yesterday to the lab in Valpo. I had some paperwork but the technician there told me that I needed more information and she gave me a fax number to fax the information to. So I called Request a test, which is where I ordered the test through, and they faxed the order directly to Quest. After an hour wait, the technician never came back to get me as she said she would, and I had to finally ask one of the other technicians about the faxed order and when I could have my blood drawn. The second technician was very nice and she went and got the faxed order and told me that the original technician, Tina, had gone to lunch and that the second technician would be taking my blood. I waited for over an hour in the waiting room for Tina to come back and get me and she must've forgotten about me because she never came back. In total I was there for an hour and a half.
